Terms of Service

general information

-You, the client, agree to not to use the delivered work in NFT markets.
-You the client, agree to not use the delivered work in machine learning and/or derivatives of machine learning processes.
-Commercial usage is extra payment, the base prices are for personal use. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners with credit, but may not be used for profit.
-Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.-I will NOT draw characters without visual references, political propaganda, extreme gore or pornography.
-I can draw all fantasy races of characters, IRL people and existing characters but please note that there may be extra fee for some complex details (eg. scales, wings, armor etc) Drawings of real people will be stylised.
-I am not confident about drawing buff bodies and facial hair.

payments & revisions

- Payments are upfront and in full. I accept payments via PayPal.
- 2 revisions during the sketching/thumbnailing phase. You can ask for changes after the lineart is done, but it may require an extra fee if it's altering the lineart greatly.

process

- Communicate with me via my email or twitter DM's. I will need you to fill in the form that will provide me the details about the commission.
- I will start working on your commission after the payment is done.
- Delay period is after 2 months, by then you can ask for a refund. 100% refund if I fail to deliver your commission for any reason in two months.
- In the two months after the payment, I will provide no refunds if I have started your commission.
- You can always ask for updates, I'll be happy to provide WIP's.
